Want to try African drumming?  You’ve come to the right place!  Canberra has a very healthy African drumming scene with regular classes, workshops and performances!

It’s never too late to start African drumming – as many of my adults students will tell you – so why not look at joining the next term’s group class (29^th July)?  Beginners are welcome at the start of each term and drums are available for hire.  Book in early though as classes always fill up well before the term starts!

The next big event on the calendar is Sunday 5^th July - a day of African drumming and dance workshops with master musician from Ghana, Tuza Afutu who will be accompanied by members of Ghanaian drum and dance troupe, Salaka.  See What's On for more details and book in early for this one.
